Check-In Time: 4 PM          Check-Out Time: 11 AM

If your flight leaves later in the day, you may check your luggage at the Guest Services area.
Enjoy the pools, then change to your flight clothes in our common area bathroom.

DEPOSITS:
50% Deposit required within 7 days of Confirmed Reservation
50% Balance Due 30 Days Prior to Arrival Date

Damage/Security/Phone Deposits ($500) Due 7 Days Prior to Arrival Date (Totally Refunded if there is no damage, etc)

Deposits may be made with Cashiers Check or Money Order


CANCELLATION POLICY:
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can cause a need for cancellation.
Some people invest in Travel Insurance for this reason --- highly recommended!

However, because of the difficulty of re-renting a canceled time segment, we will refund deposits as follows:

Deposits are 100% refundable if cancelled at least 61+ days Prior to Arrival Date.
Deposits are 50% refundable if cancelled 30-60 days Prior to Arrival Date.
Deposits are NON-refundable if cancelled less than 30 days Prior to Arrival Date.

OTHER POLICIES:
Guests (and their Visitors) must AGREE to abide by all Condo Association Rules and Regulations.
